Inflate the boat with the foot pump provided, or by other means specifically designed for this purpose.
The high-pressure chamber of the dual-chamber foot pump should be switched to the operating position only after reaching a pressure of 0.25-0.30 atm in the inflated volume.
Inflatable boat shells, inflated two or three days earlier, may partially lose pressure. In this case, it is necessary to inflate them to the operating pressure before sailing. Similar actions should be taken when the ambient temperature changes, having previously checked the pressure in the cylinders with a pressure gauge.
Following the boat rules, maintain the manufacturer’s recommended pressure in the inflatable elements, providing the necessary rigidity of the hull, which will avoid possible breakage of the pajol and side stringers assemblies.
According to the requirements of the technical regulations, the board compartments, the cilson, the sponsons, the inflatable floor of high pressure and the elements of the bottom of the LDPE must be able to withstand the working pressure specified by the manufacturer at the temperature of +20С.
The bulkheads between the compartments of the inflatable boat hull shall be hermetically sealed so that if only one compartment is filled with air, at +20C, after 30 minutes the residual pressure in it was not less than 0,25 atm.
If the pressure in the inflatable shells exceeds the rated pressure, e.g. by using powerful vehicle compressors, the seams may open and (or) the elliptical baffles may be damaged.
Pump air evenly in all chambers, ensuring more efficient operation of the elliptical diaphragms in the cylinder pressure distribution system.
